SONOMA, CA, June 16, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Edmund Dubois to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his remarkable work in the Publishing Industry. As a Fiction Writer for the past 30 years, Mr. Dubois has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

Edmund is an author of historical fiction novels, including In the Name of Church and A Lesser Tale of the South Pacific: Reminiscences of World War II. In the Name of Church is a novel set in 1572, during the uneasy peace of the bitter religious wars between Catholics and Protestants in France. A Lesser Tale of the South Pacific: Reminiscences of World War II is a story chronicling the experiences of a young Army Officer as his troopship convoy sails in January 1942 from Brooklyn to Australia, then New Caledonia.

During his collegiate career, Mr. Dubois earned a Master's degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. He also attended the Military Conflict Institute. Edmund spends a great deal of time doing research on the Army and military as well as history.
