Talented Author And Case Manager Joins The Stanford Who's Who Family

As a Case Manager for the City of New York Department of Social Services, Sandy has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Sandy possesses exceptional expertise in working with people who are living with HIV as well as all phases of city programs. She is also the author of King Maestro & Chuck as well as Dolly the Singing Train.
During her educational career, Sandy earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wilmington College in 1979. She also earned a Diploma in Teenage Writing from the Institute of Children's Literature. Sandy has been the recipient of the Editor's Choice Award from the International Poetry Society.
